Colin the Crestfallen Clown is a character who appeared in the episode Happy Birthday Ted!. He is shown to be clumsy and always have accidents.
Heroic Henry and Respectful Ralph noticed that his clumsiness was causing a huge mess of Ted's living room so they tried to intervene, until it was shown he had a fiery temper and didn't like to be touched. This frightened Ted to the point where he kicked him and he fell on to the TV. When he realized it had gone too far, Colin ran away back into his car and drove off. He is replaced in the Line of Clowns by Colina the Clown.
He is one of the Colin the Clown Clones, along with Colin the Cock Clown, Colin the Crestfallen Clown and others.
