Danny enters Bash Street School on a rainy day
Bash Street School is an ancient school in Beanotown which is famously attended by the Bash Street Kids (also known as Classes IA & IIB).
The kids (bar Cuthbert) hate the school so much that they have made many attempts to escape from it, and even destroy it (in one story, they sprayed the school with what they thought was Olive's corrosive tea, however it was actually her cough medicine).
In the Beano Videostars, it was to the kids' delight, shut down by The Inspector.
